There are various setttings not covered by the basic ones laid out below such a steampunk alien world for example or say a future age where magic is used more than technology. Horror/medieval settings that aren't based in any world covered so far count as well or rp's based on a game, book, show, anime or cartoon you suggest. Any of which we can try but its a case by case basis so no guarantees I'll be up for it. Still I'll certainly listen to new ideas while trying to keep an open mind. Some ideas like this have been put in their closest setting already.
